Supplies you will need...
Scrap kit by Heather's Devine Dezigns, "Winter Magic".
You can purchase this kit at BOTH of her stores.
Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of Verymany.
You MUST obtain a license from PFD to use ANY of her tubes.
Template 405 from Millies PSP Maddness.
Font of choice. I am using "LD Frosty" and "A&S Rister".
You can download these font at dafont.com

OK, let's get started!
Open your template.
Delete the credit layer.
Select layer 2.
Merge onto layer 1.
Add scanlines using Scanlines from Richard Rosenman.
Use the following settings...
Spacing, 38
Thickness, 38
Luma, -230
Shift, 0
Noise, 30
Noise type, Seg's
Select layer 4.
Merge onto layer 3.
Open Paper 7.
Add to layer 3.
Add a black drop shadow of -3.
Select layer 6.
Merge on to layer 5.
Add the SAME scanline effect as above.
Add a white gradient glow.
Select layer 7.
Open Paper 1. Re-size to 70%.
Add to layer 7.
Add a black drop shadow of +3.
Select layer 8.
Add noise.
Gaussian, 100%, monochrome.
Add a black gradient glow.
Select layer 9.
Open Paper 5. Re-size to 65%.
Add to layer 9.
Add a black drop shadow of -3 & +3.
Select layer 10.
Add the SAME noise effect as above.
Add a black gradient glow.
Open your tube of choice. Add a close up of the tube layer to layer 10.
Depending on the tube you have chosen, you may need to adjust the size.
Erase any part of the tube layer overhanging from layer 10.
It is optional to leave the head overhanging if you wish.
Apply radiance using radiance from xero.
Use the following settings...
Strangeness, 75
Charm, 50
Truth, 128
Beauty, 139
Add a black drop shadow of -3.
Open Element 65. Re-size to 80%.
Add to right-hand side of the tag.
Add a black drop shadow of -2.
Open any elements of your choice. I am using...
Element 1
Element 11
Element 23
Element 26
Element 29
Element 30
Element 31
Element 55
Element 59
Re-size each element to your liking.
Add a black drop shadow of -3 or +3 to all elements.
Merge all layers, add copyright, name and re-size if you wish.
