Supplies you will need...
Scrap kit by Misty Lynn's Creations, "Seduction".
You can purchase this kit at ALL of her stores.
Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of Verymany.
You MUST obtain a license from her store to use ANY of her tubes.
Mask of choice. I am using Mask_050 from Aqua Rebel.
Font of choice. I am using "Sweetly Broken".

OK, let's get started!
Open new 700 x 700 transparent background.
(you may crop the tag to your liking at the end).
Create a new mask layer using Paper 05.
Open Frame 02.
Re-size to 65%.
Rotate the frame so it looks like a diamond.
Open Paper 01.
Place behind frame layer.
Erase any overhang of the paper layer.
Open your tube of choice.
Add a close up of the tube layer behind the frame layer, COVERING the paper layer.
Depending on the tube you have chosen, you may need to adjust the size.
Erase any overhang of the tube layer.
Add black and white film effect.
Apply dodge and then apply screen effects.
Open your tube of choice (if not already open). Add a full body of the tube layer to the tag.
Depending on the tube you have chosen, you may need to adjust the size.
Apply a black drop shadow of -3.
Open any elements of your choice. I am using...
Candy01
Candy02
Candy03
Glass01
Lips02
Pin02
Polish
Shoe02
Sparkle02
Splatter01
Splatter02
Re-size each element to your liking.
Add a black drop shadow of -3 or +3 to all elements.
Merge all layers, add copyright, name and re-size if you wish.
