Supplies you will need...
Scrap kit by Heather's Devine Dezigns, "Magical Forest".
You can purchase this kit at BOTH of her stores.
Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of Lia Linmida.
You MUST use ©Lia http://www.linmida.com if using any of her tubes.
Mask of choice. I am using Mask214 from WeeScottLass.
Font of choice. I am using "CK Heritage"

OK, let's get started!
Open new 700 x 700 transparent background.
(you may crop the tag to your liking at the end).
Create a new mask layer using PP13.
Open EL25. Add at the bottom of mask layer.
Add a -1 grey drop shadow with the hex code, #202020.
Open your tube of choice.
Depending on the tube you have chosen, placement & size are ENTIRELY up to you.
*OPTIONAL*
Add film and filters, glamour (default settings).
Add a black drop shadow of -2.
Open EL34 (the word art provided in the kit).
Re-size to 80%.
Add a white gradient glow.
Add a -4 purple drop shadow with the hex code, #9021E3.
Add film and filters, vivid (default settings).
Open EL80.
Add behind mask layer. Re-size & place to your liking.
You may want use duplicates of this layer for the best effect.
Add a black drop shadow of -1 or +1 to each duplicate layer used.
Open any elements of your choice. I used...

EL64
EL68
EL77
EL81
Re-size each element to your liking.
Add a black drop shadow of -1 or +1 to all elements.
Merge all layers, add copyright, name and re-size if you wish.
