Musical Elegance PTU Tutorial (CT)

Supplies you will need...

Scrap kit by Heather's Devine Dezigns, "Musical Elegance".
You can purchase this kit at BOTH of her stores.




Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of zebrush.
To my knowledge, this tube is NO LONGER available on PFD.
If it is, you MUST obtain a license from PFD to use ANY of his tubes.

Template 417 from Millies PSP Maddness.

Font of choice. I am using "Fashion Victim"

OK, let's get started!

Open the template. Re-size the canvas to 700x700.
(you may crop the tag to your liking at the end).

Remove the credits layer.

Select layer 1. 
Open PP6 and re-size to 75%.
Add to layer 1.
Add a black drop shadow of -2.

Select layer 4.
Open PP17 and re-size to 75%.
Add to layer 4.
Add a black drop shadow of +2.

Select layer 2.
Open PP22.
Add to layer 2.
Add a white gradient glow.

Select layer 3.
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize.
Hue, 233 & Saturation 102.
Add noise, random.
Add a black drop shadow of +3.

Select layer 6.
Apply same settings as layer 3, WITHOUT drop shadow.
Add a white gradient glow.

Select layer 5.
Open PP25.
Add to layer 5.
Add a white gradient glow.
Add a black drop shadow of -3 & +3.

Open your tube of choice. Place a closeup of your tube layer behind layer 7.
Depending on that tube you have chosen, you may need to adjust the size.
Erase any part of the tube showing outside of layer 6.

Apply radiance using the plugin, "Radiance" from Xero.
Default settins. Adjust ONLY beauty to 152.
Apply dodge. Then apply screen.
Merge onto layer 6.

Open your tube of choice (if not already open). Add a full body of the tube layer to the tag.
Depending on the tube you have chosen, you may need to adjust the size.
Apply same radiance setting.
Add a black drop shadow of -3.

*OPTIONAL (if using the word art that comes with the template)*
Open PP24.
Add to word art layer.
Add a white gradient glow.
Add a black drop shadow of -2.
Right click on word art layer, properties.
Layer styles, check selection.
Adjust to your preferance.
Place to your liking.

Open any elements of your choosing. I used...
EL10
EL19
EL24
EL43
EL52
EL53
EL56
EL62
EL78

Re-size each element to your liking.
Add a black drop shadow of -2 or +2 to all elements.

Merge all layers, add copyright, name and re-size if you wish.
